The best water. Ionized and Alkalized.

Through the use of my Alkaviva water filtration system, I drink water that is ionized and alkalized.  

The benefits of this are twofold.

Proper hydration is critical for our energy and the overall health of our bodies.  An ionizer reduces the size of the molecular clusters of water.  These smaller clusters are more easily absorbed and provide enhanced hydration from the same amount of water.

Additionally, over acidity in our systems (which operate most effectively at a neutral pH) is a significant challenge.  So much of what we drink and eat is acidic on the pH scale.  Drinking water that is on the alkaline side of the pH scale naturally helps maintain a proper pH balance - boosting health and vitality.

You are welcome to bring in containers up to 1 gallon and I will fill it with super hydrating and healthy ionized and alkalized water!

Why has France Classified Olive Oil as a Prescription Drug?

Because of its proven ability to counter the negative effects of arthritis when taken internally, France considers Avocado Oil a Prescription!

When using oil for cooking, it is very important to consider the smoke point of an oil.  This is the temperature at which the oil starts to visibly smoke in the pan. Even a healthy oil such as olive oil becomes unhealthy when it reaches its smoke point. At the smoke point, the structure of the oil begins to break down, nutrients are lost, flavor is changed and most dangerously, compounds can be created that are damaging to your health.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil (a favorite of mine) has a smoke point of 320 degrees Fahrenheit.  Avocado has a smoke point 200 degrees higher.....520 degrees Fahrenheit.  

For this reason, I switch from EVOO to Avocado oil when I'm cooking at high temps or am using it outside on the grill.

Adding olive oil to a meal can boost the absorption of carotenoids in food. Carotenoids are an antioxidant found in yellow, orange, and red fruits and vegetables. They are health-promoting antioxidants that are fat-soluble and depend on dietary fats for absorption.

When shopping for avocado oil, naturally cold pressed avocado oil is the best – chemically extracting the oil removes all of the nutrients.
